Upon your arrival you will find a welcome package with the final schedule of events/times for the guests staying at the Le Plaza or Amigo Hotels. Other guests will receive the welcome package at the cocktail reception on Friday evening.

Day Trip to Bruges

Friday, June 3rd
09:00 a.m. Pick-up by bus at the Amigo and Le Plaza Hotels
09:15 a.m. Departure for Bruges
10:30 a.m. Arrival in Bruges - guided tour for approximately two hours

02:30 p.m. Time for some shopping
04:00 p.m. Bus departs for Brussels
05:15 p.m. Arrival in Brussels

Cocktail Reception

Friday, June 3rd, 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Welcome reception for foreign guests at the Le Plaza Hotel in the Salon Versailles, Bd Adolphe Maxlaan 118-126, Brussels 1000

Civil Cermony

Thursday, June 2nd, 11:30 a.m.
The Mayor of Ninove will marry Geert and Ray at the Ninove City Hall. Witnesses are Rita Benson and An Martens. Our parents and siblings will participate in the civil ceremony.

Wedding Ceremony

Saturday, June 4th, 5:15 p.m. | Bus pick-up at Le Plaza and the Amigo Hotels
Ray and Geert will be exchanging their wedding vows at Het Kasteel van Groot-Bijgaarden, followed by a cocktail reception, dinner and dance. Transportation by bus will be provided from preferred hotels to castle. A shuttle service will transport guests back to their hotel on the hour (e.g., 12:00 a.m., 1:00 a.m., 2:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m., and 4:00 a.m.).
